Move Out / Move In Fees

The move out fee is charged when an owner or tenant moves out of the building.

The move in fee is charged when an owner or tenant moves into the building.

The fees below are the move out fee for the seller and move in fee for the buyer.

The seller will be responsible to pay it prior to closing, payable to the HOA, preferably with the final condo fee.

The Buyer will be responsible to pay it with their first condo fee.

If the property you are selling or live at is not on the list, they do not have a moving fee.
