Questionnaire Fees

  • Free- 4 questions or less
  • $100 – Fannie Mae Form 1077 / Short Form
  • $150 – Fannie Mae Form 1076 / Full Form
  • $200 – Bank preferred
  • $250 – Single Unit FHA approval questionnaire
  • $500 – FHA Approval questionnaire for Whole Association
  • Free-borrower is current HOA Trustee

6d Certificate Fees

  • $100 – more than 2 weeks (10 business days) to closing
  • $150 – Closing is less than 2 weeks/ 10 business days
  • $200 – 3 business days or less to closing (depending on the property it might not be possible in this time frame)
  • Free- Seller is a current HOA Board Member or waived by Bristol South
  • Pinebrook East Condo on Pleasant St in Weymouth, please make the payment on the owner portal.

For Pinebrook East Condo in Weymonth only, do not use this website to pay for the 6d certificate.  For this property, the 6d certificate fee, along with the move out fee, must be made payable to Pinebrook East Condominium by mailing a check to the condo fee payment lockbox in Boston, pay on the owner portal (please allow 6 business days for the payment to clear) or by bringing a money order when picking up the 6d certificate.

For all properties, do not use this site to pay for condo fees or move out fees.  They must be paid to the HOA.

Option One

To create an account with Zego to pay BRISTOL SOUTH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC yourself, click on “Electronic Payment.”  No matter what association you need the 6d certificate or questionnaire for (except for Pinebrook East Condo {see above}) when creating an account search for:

Option Two

If you do not want to create an account, or already have one with another association or company, you can use the option “Process payment for me” to authorize Bristol South to process the payment.
